I shipped this package on March 17th from the United States to China I can only track it so far as that it left the United States in route to China and it was never seen again are you able to track USPS tracking numbers if so please help tracking number UA630633250US

china post system does not have any landing record of UA630633250US. It should be lost before entering into china post system.

So you are saying that it did not get to customs or it never came out of customs?

Both are possible. The parcel should be lost after it left USPS system and before it enters into China Post system. Most possible lost place is in USA departure airline warehouse or China customs import warehouse. If it is released from China customs warehouse, China Post will scan the parcel and show its china location status in China Post database.

No matter where it is lost, you should require investigation with USPS. If you purchased insurance, you can claim compensation.
