Post Please help find my parcel!

I ordered from Aliexpress at the end of April. The tracking shows the item was shipped, but since May 3 when it got exported, there have been no further updates. Is my parcel lost or stuck in customs (it's just fabric, so there shouldn't have been a problem at customs)?

Canada Post doesn't recognize the tracking number, so not sure what to do...
The seller extended by protection and suggests I wait longer, but it's been a month, so not sure if it's worth it or if i should just open a dispute.

Please help!!!

1. I suspect your parcel arrive in Canada and is in the hand of Canadian Customs Office to get clear.

2. If the parcel arrive in Vancouver Inbound there is a delay at the Customs Office, to much parcel to look at. The delays can be up to 5 to 6 weeks before delivery to your place.

3. You could also read this for your country Canada:

4. Just come back here next week and ask me the question again about your parcel and I will verify if there is any change from Canada Post.

Thanks. I'll keep looking to see, but I'm losing faith in the mailing system as I didn't think it would take 5 weeks to get my parcel.

1. May I suggest for maybe the next time if you want your parcel faster. There is a service that is called EPacket. This service take 6 to 12 working days to arrive, it might cost 2 to 3 US dollars to have that service.

2. PS, don't forget to come back, so I can verify your tracking again.
