1. The maximum date set by ioffer is what they think the parcels will be in Canada. Maybe you should look at this for your Canada:

2. Normally parcel to Canada can take between 4 to 8 weeks to be deliver.
3. About your parcels, I would not be surprise that they are still in the incoming mails Inbound warehouse (Customs control) in Canada because Canada Post did not scan your parcels yet.
4. With what is going on right now in Canada with the Fentanyl, I'm not surprise that all parcels from China are inspected through the scanner for any of this drug. So Customs it telling to Canada Post when they are ready to check more parcels and only then will Canada Post scan the parcels and eventually that's when we can see some movement on parcels.
