Hi there,

I was given this tracking number LL243514873CN and when I try to track it it tells me there is no record of it. Can you help?

no shipping record means your seller did not ship you anything.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.
