Post Packages still say in China EMS

Hello:

I have two packages, one from over a month ago and one from two weeks ago. Both haven't moved from China and tracking information has not been updated in US.

Tracking Numbers:
LK092051920CN
LT345030969CN

Please let me know why it hasn't moved and why I should contact customs for the package.

The more of these I read, I have basically confirmed that there is a massive Christmas delay. My package has been stuck for three weeks. It says the same thing as yours "processed through facility." I was surprised because I bought it in mid November, but you bought yours on November 1st! That's wild.

Both of your packages have not updated since. That seems like the general issue around here.

I contacted my seller and she told me there is just a huge delay. To be honest, once I get to a month waiting I'm gonna be pretty upset.

I'd say to contact the seller if anything. Have them contact the post. I hope this helps!

2. Your parcels are On Route/In Transit to USA. Parcel to USA can take from 15 to 35 days to be deliver and sometimes more.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

1. If I where in your shoes, I would possibly be thinking about opening a dispute about your parcel. It's been very long, you could also contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

2. After 47 days on the roads, your parcel might be lost or misplace.
