I've been trying to track a package for the past 2 weeks. The status has changed to "Export Security Scan" since 6/9/2014. I would like an idea of when it will ship from China and how much longer I will have to wait for delivery. The package has a cell phone in it.
RC839398642CN. This item was ordered around 5/24/2014.

Cell phone is not allowed by airline. If it is detected by safety officer, it will be rejected or even destroyed. your seller should not ship cell phone by regular airmail..

Could this be a scam. I ordered from a site on line, but site is no longer available. I was a to pay for it with Paypal and opened a case as I have not heard back from the seller. How should I have to wait for the delivery?
