1. After tracking your parcel on different sites. I suspect maybe your parcel was lost or misplace. It's been to long for not arriving in USA. Normally E Packet are deliver under 20 days from when it was accepted by China Post

2. You should contact seller as soon as possible to have him phone China Post EMS to find out what happen to your parcel.
