Hello Admin.
My package was last scanned on Guangzhou , here is what it says:

Shipping History:
Date/Time Status
2015-04-11 15:44:03.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 received
2015-04-12 12:01:59.0 Guangzhou Transit Station security scan
2015-04-13 15:40:33.0 Guangzhou Transit Station customs scan

Current Status:
Tracking# Destination Status
RI431043293CN USA Guangzhou Transit Station Customs Scan

My tracking # RI431043293CN

I was wondering if you know if its still ok, or if there is a problem.

status stuck for 2 to 4 weeks is quite normal. you need some patient.

you can not know such date. After it is released by customs, it will be sent to airline warehouse and on the way to other countries. You can not new location until next country's post stuff scan the parcel. it might take quite long time. for detail, read this article http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows Ru875324608gb was delivered on April 19.
