My package status has said it is pre-shipment for a month now. I have checked multiple tracking websites and all of them show the package is still in china at pre-shipment stage. I am becoming very concerned that it has not moved at all in a month. I understand that it can take a while for ems shipping but it hasnt moved at all!

I have tried to get into contact with the china ems but have been unable to do so from the U.S. what should i do? Is there anyone I can speak to, or anything I can do to get my package moving? I really need it as soon as possible.

track-chinapost.com said the package has been sent to the U.S. but I called usps and they said it was still in China.

Am I waiting one or two more weeks for it to ship or to get it?
