2. Unless USPS scan your parcel you will not see any tracking on your parcel and right now USPS in Chicago are very slow scanning parcels because to much parcels are incoming from overseas to that location.

3. Yes the 15 to 35 days for delivery applies for your parcel and I also mention it could take sometimes more then that.
