Post Package stuck for 4 months

On February 4th I ordered a coat. After being shipped it arrived in Canada but thats as close as i got to it. Following its arrival it was sent to the Scarborough undeliverable mail centre. I had the shipper fix the problem (or so I thought) and it was sent out again, except that it was sent back to China and hasn't moved since.
My tracking number is RB849588544CN.
How do I get the my coat back in Canada? The shipper has told me that China Post just has volume issues and that i will eventually get it. I now no longer have the ability to contact him. The last time it moved was on March 12th.

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

i believe the parcel should be lost, you can not get it.

Well there's a chance that you might receive it.
I'm not an expert here, but the product should've arrived in 2 months max.
And on this website the tracking system shows that it was sent to airline from Beijing then it shows that the parcel is in export security scan in Beijing but this shouldn't happen if the parcel was sent to airline, because when a parcel is sent to airline from Beijing it means it's on its way to destination country "left China"

if it is lost what can i do to have it found? it is a $200 coat

if you open dispute within buyer protection deadline( 45 days to 60 days after payment), you can claim refund from seller for lost parcel. if you did not take any action before the deadline, you can not get anything back.
