My package status has not updated in about 20 days (that I'm aware of), the seller on Aliexpress says it might be stuck at Customs- but I'm beginning to doubt it. Is the package lost, should I open a dispute? I wanted it by the 20th, but I doubt it's happening, which would be fine if I knew where it was.

That site gave me some information, so thank you, but my question still is where my package is located. I've been on multiple tracking sites and they all don't update after 9/17.

LW853296162CN should be seriously delayed or lost in Shanghai. You should open dispute for refund.
