Hello,

My package order could not be delivered. The tracking number is LX720883975CN. I received an email asking to arrange a new delivery attempt. What do I have to do?

the parcel should have some delivery problem. MExico post website shows "Centro Operativo de Reparto Iztacalco, CDMX., Puesta en ventanilla".

You should go to your local Correos de Mexico and try to pickup parcel or inquiry delivery detail.

Thank you ! I verified at the post office and my parcel is the re. To get it I must let a trail number. Is it the China post tracking number?
