Hello my package as not delivered it says "unable to be delivered" my tracking number is LS247346773CN. We weredirectes to contact you this way to get assistance. Please help

A delivery attempt was made on 13 Dec, but there was a problem with the address -- possibly it is wrong or doesn't exist. The item is now back on its way to the seller in China. Since the item has already left the USPS International Service Center in San Francisco, it is probably too late for them to intercept it. The best thing for you to do now is to open a buyer protection claim against your seller and get your money back -- the sale isn't closed until the item is delivered.
