can you please give me an update on my package its been almost a month and there are no changes on the delivery . LT924988773CN. What happens if my package is lost am i able to get a refund.

Can you please give me an update on my package LT924988773CN . I check the tracking daily and it has not changed

LT924988773CN left Guangzhou for NEW YORK JFK airport on Mar 14. I believe it is still in US customs warehouse in New York and has not been released to USPS yet. Not sure the reason of delay, but you should get it by mid of April.
