I've had a package in limbo for about a month. Tracking LT900978635CN. Seller seems to have no idea either. Can someone help?

EMS parcels are usually not lost as it is an Express service, although it takes 15-20 days for an EMS delivery but in your case it is taking more time.

I suggest you ask the seller to get in touch with his post office once to check if everything is ok.

if parcel is in China or US customs, status will not change because parcel is not controlled by post company there and none can scan the parcel. Customs processing time can last from 2 to 4 weeks which means status might freeze for 2 to 4 weeks.
