your seller did not ship the goods. they are invalid number.

I am looking for package RF286103570SG, where is it? It has been over a month and its not in the US.

I used this website to track package and it shows no package in China post. But when I checked United States Postal Service It shows that the package is registered but it has been 3 weeks and still no update on exactly where the package is. I have already opened a dispute on Aliexpress for the seller. I just need to know if item was shipped and if so where is it and time frames for me to receive it.
