Hello, I am really concerned about my package CK063199509DE. It says « Beijing center import customs cleared » for more than 1 month now !!! Can you help me and tell me where is my package please ??

you should ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. if 11185 can not find the parcel, it should be lost.

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon which has buy protection policy, you can open dispute for lost parcel refund.

Big websites like ebay/aliexpress/amazon has buyer protection policy which force seller to buy insurance for shipping lost risk. if you did not buy from a market place or website with buyer protection, your money is lost. So it is very important to do online shopping with big websites.
