My package (tracking number LN492091301CN) status has been unchanged for 3 weeks. The shipping option is suppose to take 8-15 business days according the the website I purchased from. Can you tell me why the delay?

LN492091301CN should have some problem in Xiamen customs. wait one more week, if not arrive, open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.

My package still didn't show. I've already contacted the seller and received a refund, but is there any chance the package may still come?

i don't think you can get it. the parcel should be returned to seller.
