dear China Post,

through DHL we have sent the package # CY909915371DE nut it has not been delivered yet. I see in the tracking it couldn't be delivered? what is the problem/status?

the parcel is in China Post office in 虹口杨浦铁岭路揽投部 . Ask receiver go to that office and pickup the parcel asap. If free storage time expires, it might be discarded.
