This is the first time my parcel has not updated and now i'm worried.

1. This is the last tracking i could find for your parcel:

2. There might be a back log in San Francisco, that might be the reason your parcel was not scan yet. Or it could have been a back log in China to get a flight to USA.

4. From the tracking I have done, there is nothing wrong with your parcel. You could if you want, contact your seller and ask him to verify with China Post EMS as to what is going on with your parcel. After all your parcel is an Express China Post Mail.

im in same situation. mine says accepted in china. oct 12 and thats the last update i got. 22 days now and nothing. and also goin to sf ,ca

3. Please do remember that from 1 - 8 Oct there was a National holiday in China and most mail if not all of it was to a halt. Then on the 9 Oct the big machine (China Post) had to restart again with all the parcel trying to get a flight out of China. This action created a backlog of mail services.

I contacted EMS about my package. Apparently they said my package was found and shipped from Shanghai on the 28th now so I will have to wait a bit more to see if there is any movement. I could suspect that your parcel got left behind in China as well

How did you get ahold of someone with EMS?

I speak mandarin, so I called them with the number on their site. At first they told me they had nothing, so I had my seller contact them, and he had them create some examination to look for it and they replied saying they found it and they shipped it on the 28th, so it should be in here in the next 6-10 days I hope

my seller is not answering me and they don't have an english line so i'm stuck :(
