3. So according to the above tracking your parcel is On Route to USA. Now it need only the USPS to scan your parcel, go through USA Customs and back to USPS for delivery.

4. I know it a bit long for delivery, but you need to understand that China was on a National holiday from 1 - 8 Oct and very little mail got through. Then on the 9 Oct it was the panic everywhere, so it created a backlog of parcels trying to depart China all at the same time.

5. According to the above tracking, I don't see anything wrong with the parcel. You just need to be patient and check USPS site for any movement. If by 10 Nov you don't see any movement then open a dispute to get your money back.
