I was supposed to receive a package on September 19th at the latest. When I go to track my package it says that I don't have a shipping record. I was already charged for this product though. What's going on with my package?

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. You should contact seller as soon as possible because the parcel is not within China Post system.

2. If you can not reach seller then open a dispute to get your money back.
