Yes, don't believe any seller that will give you a time frame, especially during holidays. Normally, it takes about a week for the sending post office to pick up and sort the parcel, then a few weeks in transit, then another week in customs. During the holidays it's normal to take 3 weeks to a month for e-packet or EMS parcel. Up to 2 months for registered parcel.
