Hi there, I ordered 2 packages from China and the seller said he shipped them 2 days ago and gave me tracking # yesterday. No information found on either of them. Can you help me please? Are these real tracking numbers?

1. Both tracking number are valid tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for a parcel to get register into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

3. This is what I get when I track your parcels:
Item is not found at this moment

The seller told me he shipped it and it should arrive by 11-26-16 but I need it by 11-23-16 and there is no record found. Can somebody help please?

2. When did the seller told you he ship the parcel, the date. If it's more then 10 days, he his not telling you the truth, if it's less then 10 days, then you need to wait.

3. Maybe you should consider to open a dispute to get your money back.

IMHO, I doubt you will receive it so soon. It looks like global mail delivery problem (again). Sorry :(
My track last updated 26 days ago, still stuck somewhere (or not dispatched).

Both tracking #'s show accepted in China. I need the package by 11-23-16 because 11-24 is a holiday and there is no shipping. Can someone help me please? I half to have it by then.

1. You are hoping for a miracle if you expect those parcel to be there on the 23 Nov.

2. Just track them on the USPS site for any movement.

1. Well I guess you have to contact seller and tell him to give back the money you paid for the parcels then.

2. E Packet to USA can take from 15 to 35 days and even more time. If seller promise your parcel would be in USA in couple of days, he probably just wanted you to buy the article from him. Made a promise that is not realistic.
