2. Your parcel has been on the road for 15 working days, it's very unusual to have an E packet taking that long. Normally it should take from 6 to 12 working days to be deliver.

3. I would not be surprise if the hold up is in Vancouver, maybe Canada Post mishandle the parcel, not giving it full status as International Inbound Express Mail.

4. May I suggest you contact Canada Post to find out what is happening with your parcel and also at the same time contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.
