My parcel number LM168891626CN has bo shipping info, even after 10 days. I've contacted the seller several times, and they keep telling me it's on its way, but no other explaination.

Help?

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number.

2. If you have that tracking number for more then 10 days and you can not track it, just open a dispute because the parcel was never mail. Here is what I get when I try to track your parcel:
Item is not found at this moment

3. Please don't forget you have only 1 chance to open a dispute with the seller.
