2. This type of parcel is what we call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus with sometimes minimum tracking and tracking only in China. Your parcel could have pass the Export Security scan but we don't know that.

3. The best thing in this case is to contact seller and ask him to contact China Post to find out if the parcel has pass the Export Security scan. If it did pass the scan, then the parcel would be going to your country. This type of parcel can take from 30 to 60 days to be delivery by your country Post Office just like a normal letter.
