1. Since it departed Shenzhen for ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS) on the 24 Nov, I would suspect strongly that the parcel is in USA right now.

1. In New York right now there is a big delay for parcels. I have seen here one parcel getting scan and the date it left the processing center in China was beginning of Nov.

2. I counted 43 days to be process in New York and the parcel is not deliver yet. But that is only one parcel, I have also seen on a Country Post site mentioning that New York were slow getting the parcels out.

3. Unfortunately you can not do anything, you just have to sit and wait for the parcel. Even if you call USPS they might tell you there a delay in New York or might tell you that your parcel is in China, that because there is no tracking on the USPS site.

4. Just keep tracking your parcel once a day on the USPS site and eventually you will see some movement.
