My shipment has been dispatched since April 18th but there are no updates. Is it stuck somewhere?

LZ239564992CN is waiting flight space from Guangzhou to Canada. waiting time can take 2 to 3 weeks, no update during this waiting time. please be patient.

Thank you for the fast response. Do you mean 2 to 3 weeks from dispatch date or 2 to 3 weeks from today?
