Post my package from USA to China

I returned a package in the original bag from USA to a company in Shanghai. It has a tracking number EW 000308043US, which shows it has been in customs in Shanghai since 4/11. What can I do to get it moved to the company, which sent me defective goods? The goods originated in China, so I don't see the problem in customs. I copied all the address and names on the original mailing label.
I need this company to receive the goods so they can start my refund.
Any suggestions?

the parcel released from customs on April 11. normally it will be released to receiver in 1 week if he is in shanghai area.

This package has still not changes its progress: it still notes it as being in customs. Also, to whom do I complain that this seems to be a scam company, since it operates as a Spanish website, and sent shoes that were not even remotely what was ordered? They now also refuse to refund the money for what they acknowledge were the "wrong" merchandise.

normally you should not buy from non-name websites. too many our users have reported scams from them.

We only suggest our user from big name website such as amazon, ebay, aliexpress etc if you plan to order from oversea.

Yes. The website had the name of a famous Spanish shoe brand, and I was astonished to find it was located in China!
