Good day,
Kindly assist i made a payment on the 21st Of May 2014 and to date the parcel is yet to arrive status was

In Customs-Control warehouse Nanjing since 2014.06.22 0933

Can anyone assist on the best course of action to enable me to get my parcel

If it's stuck in customs-control warehouse then it got rejected by the officer and you will not be receiving the parcel. Claim refund from the seller if you still can.
