My package was shipped via Chinapost, tracking number CP296974514CN. Tracking says it came into NY on 8.30 with another package to us. The one package we received, this one says it is still in NY. USPS says that the shipper needs to initiate the investigation. They have spoken with Chinapost but nothing seems to be moving along. Any suggestions?

the parcel is in the hand of USPS who is the delivery partner of China Post in USA. You'd better contact USPS for the location of the parcel. If they can not give you explanation, then it should be lost.
