I ordered a package from China that was shipped through your service. As of today (June 9, 2014), I have not received the package. Through your service and eBay, it is listed as both Delivered and Undeliverable. The USPS says they have no idea where the package is. It went to the wrong address - an apart complex we lived in until a few months ago. If your driver would have asked at the front desk, they would have accepted the package for us. Our new address - that was put through as a Change or Address by the USPS - is: 1322 E Spring Valley Rd, Richardson TX 75081. Please ASAP let us know where our package is, because the USPS in Richardson TX keeps telling us they have no idea.

the parcel is now in USPS office in RICHARDSON, TX 75080 . the parcel has address problem and can not be delivered. you should contact USPS and pickup the parcel by yourself asap. check here: http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php

I have called the Richardson post office several times and have even gone over there. No one said the package was there.

I need another option I WANT MY PACKAGE!!!!!

Why can't the USPS deliver it to our new address, seeing as they've had our new address since March 17th??

You have to contact manager of USPS office in RICHARDSON, TX 75080. If they don't help you, none else can help you. The parcel is in their office and they are responsible to deliver the goods to you.
