I ordered something online a month ago and the tracking number hasn't updated in 3 weeks. Coyote up please tell me where my package is? The last thing the training stairs said is that it left departure export customs in Shenzhen China. When will it be updated next or when will I get it? The tracksuit number is LS234963471CN.

Usually there are no updates for a long time after an item leaves China -- the status can't be updated again until the parcel arrives in the US, clears US Customs, and is scanned by USPS. Unfortunately each of those steps is experiencing large delays right now. Some ePackets seem to be taking 4-6 weeks.

Your item left China on 1 Dec. I would expect it to show up between New Year's and mid-Jan. Usually an update shows up on the USPS site when the item clears customs, 3-7 days before delivery.
