Hi - sorry but this forum isn't even letting me post anything other than replying... hopefully we will both get a response:

I sent a parcel a month ago with tracking: LK950174370AU Can you please let me know why it hasn’t been delivered? Are they trying to deliver to the wrong address? Please help.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was attempted delivery from Mar 25 to April 5, but failed. Then it is going outbound to Australia. From the address in your post, it should be an incomplete address. Normally a complete China address should have a room or unit number, but your address does not have such information. In this case, you should ask receiver call his local post office and pickup the parcel.

The parcel now is still in Shenzhen customs waiting for export clearance, you can ask receiver contact china post and see if he can get the parcel back.
