I ordered a package early December 2014. I tracked my parcel with tracking number RI269288732CN. I was told by the seller that the package was lost in transit. Since, the seller has closed down. I would like to know where my parcel is, and if it is maybe stuck in customs or something? Apparently there is no record of my tracking number but I last tracked it in Canada? I'm in South Africa.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!

RI269288732CN is a fake number. your seller never ship you anything. you are scammed. open dispute to your credit card company and file charge back.
