Hello, can you please give me advice as to when my package will arrive in California. It hasn't had any movement since October 11, 2016. Should I panic? Thank you very much for any help you may give me.

1. I suspect that your parcel was like many other parcels to USA delay because there was a National Holiday in China during the week of 01 - 08 Oct.

2. This created a backlog of parcels going overseas. To make sure your parcel departed China, may I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

3. Ask him to call China Post EMS to find out what is wrong with your parcel.
If by 18 Nov you can not see any activity on the USPS site and have not receive your parcel, then open a dispute to get your money back.

Thank you very much for your response. Unfortunately the merchant hasn't responded to my questions about it. From ioffer. Funny thing is that I had 2 other packages sent within a few days before this one, which I did receive last week. Although they were different merchants. I'll hold on till the 18th of November, then I'll have my credit card company reverse the payment. Again I thank you kindly for your advice.
