Post Is this seller a fraud?

I ordered a package on ebay from a US seller 2/4/15 & received tracking number the next day RG129231003CN. Yep, ran a search to find out the package would be coming from China. 😮 I have been checking everyday but have gotten no results. :( Should I wait or file a claim? I have never ordered anything foreign before. 😕

Thank you in advance for any help you could offer.

the seller did not ship the goods yet. wait one more week and track it again, if still no result, you have to open dispute to ebay.

What does this mean? Is there a way to find out how is this being shipped to me? The seller will not answer any emails.

you'd better track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , if it has tracking result, it means the parcel has been shipped.

if you paid the item over 4 weeks and have not got the parcel, you should open dispute.
