Hi there,
I have been waiting since December for this package - and the tracking has not been updated since clearing customs at Guangzhou station on December 23rd. Can you tell me if it is now lost, or whether it can be located (or when it will arrive)?

parcel shipped in early Dec 2016 just arrived Canada. Your parcel should arrive this month.
