No Shipping Record means your seller did not ship anything to you.

Of them but nobody will respond.. This place is a scam. Don't order from this place.. I'm giving them a bad review

if you paid with paypal, open dispute to paypal against fraud.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jan 30. normally ePacket should arrive UK no more than 30 days. you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel.
