It's been stuck on leaving parcel center since 8/16/17 and I have got it for school that starts on the 5th and there hasn't been any changes or updates for it for 15 days :(

Last update for the package is : 2017-08-30 10:18 ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS), Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 10:18 am on August 30, 2017.

Meaning your package has arrived in USA. The reason it toke so long is because the custom clearence in USA is very slow and sometimes takes up to 3 weeks.
