Hi,
There are my 2 parcels: RO630647639CN, RM745654130CN
First, can you please tell me if my parcels are scan by Canada even thought I'm pretty sure that no.
I ordered them in mid-end November so I'm pretty sure they are lost or something.
I contact both of my sellers to ask for a refund
->RM745654130CN send me that :

What does it meen ? Did he refund me or will he ?

->The other seller keep telling me: please understand blah bla blah .. and he refuse to refund me. And this parcel was expensive!
I need to star a dispute against him because ioffer is not helping me at all.
If my credit card is visa, do I have to go to my bank or to visa website to start a dispute or what ???
Pleas explain me cause I need to understand

canada post does not scan parcel from China. so you can not know parcel arrival information after it left China. If you purchased from aliexpress, you should contact Aliexpress for refund, no need talk too much with seller.

It's ioffer, I contact them and it say that to be refund, I need to do by credit card company but I don't know how to do it. I need to go to my bank and tell them or go on the visa website

1. You need to call the credit card company or go online and find the information to reverse the charge for your purchase.
