3. I would not be surprise that your parcel departed late from China because of the backlog created by the China National holiday from 1 - 8 Oct. Also it could be New York JFK airport having to much parcel coming in from overseas.

4. If by any chances you don't see any update on the USPS site on the 9 Nov, then open a dispute for a lost parcel.

5. According to the tracking your parcel is fine, you just need to wait for it and track it on the USPS site.
