So I have an order shipped through EMS/ePacket and it hasn't been scanned in well over two weeks according to 17track it's been "2017-12-21 12:38
Origin Post is Preparing Shipment, We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." So is it actually still stuck in Shanghai?

Too many parcels were shipped during Nov and Dec, airline has not enough space to ship them in short time. You need wait another 1 to 2 weeks.
