You tracked in wrong website. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was just sent to airline. You need wait about 2 to 6 weeks to get the goods in USA after sent to airline date.

I agree; I think that sellers need to take more responsibility for knowing how long the shipping methods they use will take to actually deliver, especially during times of high demand like this. The sale isn't actually closed until the merchandise is delivered to the buyer.

How you deal with this depends on where you bought the item from, but you may be able to open and win a dispute if the goods aren't delivered in the promised timeframe.
