Post Help, package stuck at posting.

Been almost three weeks. Please help. LT305859845CN

Contacted seller and was told that the package left china and is on its way to the US about a week or two ago. However there is no movement in the tracking.

Any info will help. Thanks

1. On all tracking I have done on your parcel on different sites. I have no evidence that the parcel departed from China to USA.

2. Please advise seller to tell you where to scan your parcel that it left China and there is a tracking record of it.

3. He need to call China Post EMS to confirm that the parcel really departed China because no tracking is available mentioning that.
