Can someone please tell when will my package reach to me Tracking ID RN836957957CN and RG702476445CN. I made the order on Dec10th and it is Dec 28th and the tracking details are just stuck on Send Item Aboard(EDI received) Air, Kolkata Airport Sorting Office. I live in Bangalore. Who do I have to contact to get it processed earliest?

these 2 parcels have not arrived India yet. Now is busy season, flight space is tight. Please wait 10 to 15 more days. Once parcel arrives India, http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php will show india location.
