Can you help me. My package tracking number RG943898545CN is it real and can you tell me where it is. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Apr 22. Normally it will catch airline in 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline. Then it will wait for import processing in Richmond BC. How long it will complete import processing depends on your luck. As per CBC and GlobeMail report, Canada Post often let china post register mail parcel staying in their warehouse for 30 to 60 days without processing . So you might wait 3 months to get your parcel.

Next time please use China Post ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada, ePacket takes only 2 to 3 weeks to reach Canada receiver.
