Hello, i have a package that should have arrived last week from banggood. Tracking LT562552152CN, some semi cheap electronics. No movement since the 12th, anyone have any info on this other than "en route"?

1. Did you contact seller maybe they have inside information about the why your parcel has not been deliver yet.

2. Other then your parcel is going to Chicago, no more tracking is available.

Seller only said package was handed off to USPS in the USA, but USPS has no knowledge of the package. Apparently Chicago is terrible with packages coming in, but everyone telling me something different. Just want to know how long package holding is normal before requesting refund.

2. If you phone USPS it's normal that they have no knowledge about your parcel because their is no tracking for it. It means USPS did not scan your parcel yet.

3. Parcel to USA can take between 15 to 35 days and sometimes more. About Chicago it's true right now is a mess and it all depend where your parcel land in the Inbound Warehouse in Chicago.
